Inara had been in the back of the shop going over a list of things that still needed to be bought and sighed as the list just grew longer and longer. Plus the things that needed fixed... Seemed as though she was either going to have to offer Derek the jobs or she was going to have to find someome else who could do it.

Her head snapped up when she heard his voice and she had to take a moment to calm her suddenly racing heart. Drawing in a deep breath, she tugged her kurtis in place, made sure the matching pants weren't riding up and then moved towards the front of the shop. Seeing Derek again was like a punch in the stomach and immediately she was resting her hand on one of the display cases as she studied him.
